Job Description

LandWorks is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its Customer Support team. Candidate should have a strong technical background to manage complex software implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and data conversion projects with small and large companies. You will be responsible for project scope, schedule, and budget throughout the entire project life cycle from kick-off meeting through client go live.  Requirements analysis and optimal solution formulation is frequently required.  You will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with the client project manager, scheduling and directing various LandWorks’ resources (installers, trainers, QA and development staff) as required by your assigned projects.

Requirements

  • 4 year degree from an accredited university.
  • 3+ years’ experience in software implementation project management.
  • Strong client management experience.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and communicate project vision and objectives to others.
  • Requires excellent analytical ability, facilitative, consultative, communication skills and strong judgment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management experience in Land Management, Data Conversions, and/or GIS driven projects is a plus.

Physical Demands / Environmental Exposure:

  • Prolonged sitting for extended periods of time, and use of computer monitors, keyboard and mouse
  • Frequent stooping, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying of items up to 11 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
  • Frequent sorting, filing, shelving and handling of documents, books, files, file drawers and related materials and equipment required for clerical operations.
  • Work is performed indoors in a normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature, air conditions and noise levels.

Job Description

LandWorks Inc. is seeking a creative C# Developer with proven skills in enterprise software development.  Candidate must be eager to learn new products, have a personal commitment to quality work and requires the ability to learn software and a desire to troubleshoot issues in a professional manner.  The successful candidate is a visionary with proven experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, maintain new and existing software components/applications
  • Participate in daily scrum meetings to plan daily activities and to discuss various development issues
  • Follow established software development standards for software development under the direction of Chief Software Architect
  • Work closely with internal and remote QA personnel to troubleshoot software issues

 Requirements

  • 4 year degree from an accredited university

  • Programming tiered WinForms and Asp.Net apps, LINQ, WCF, Entity Framework
