System Implementation
LandWorks is committed to being a full service corporation. We don't just sell you our software or ESRI software and leave you on your own. We provide a full range of implementation services to insure your system implementation project is successful and a maximum return on investment is obtained in a minimum time frame. Implementation services include software installation, system configuration, database conversion, training in both ESRI and LandWorks products, custom software development and enhancement to fit your specific business requirements, business process redesign and documentation, analysis and manual loading of land records, document scanning, reconstruction of land files, GIS digitizing, spatial data conversion and georeferencing. Our services are specifically designed to get land management and GIS systems "up and running" quickly, including eliminating or substantially reducing any "back-log" of conversion, data entry, scanning or digitizing so that going forward, end users can easily maintain critical land and spatial data in the new system.
During "rollout" of a new system, we are typically onsite providing whatever support is required to ensure success. After rollout, your company will be assigned to a specific professional in our Product Support group who will be personally responsible for coordinating any ongoing support that may be required, providing both end users and IT staff a timely and educated response to any support needs.
