Land Record Services
LandWorks maintains a staff of experienced land records professionals to provide analysis of land-related agreements and to do data entry into both LandWorks software products, as well as into other land management systems. Services may be performed in our office or yours.
LandWorks also provides document scanning and indexing services. Using a high-speed Fujitsu scanner along with custom scanning software developed specifically to scan documents directly into LandWorks Property Management system, we are able to significantly reduce scanning costs. Our extensive experience with land-related agreements insures accurate agreement identification and indexing.
If your land files are in poor shape, there is no better time to rebuild them than when we are taking them apart for scanning and data entry purposes. We provide skilled file clean-up services including: organizing the contents, relabeling, renumbering and replacing worn jackets and folders.
