Property Tax Management System (PTM)
The Property Tax Management System (PTM) is a web-services based application for tracking, paying, and reporting on property taxes associated with land assets. PTM maintains taxing authority information, such as millage rates for each year, as well as the different tax rates and due dates for the face value of each tax ticket. PTM functionality provides for exchanging information with a company's accounting system, and retrieving scanned tax tickets and key documents related to each tax property. Report generation for forecasting, accrual and liability information, parcel summaries, tax payments due and year-to-year analysis are provided. PTM can run as both a stand-alone application and an add-on to the LandWorks Property Management System (LPM).
