Field Data Capture (FDC)
Field Data Capture (FDC) is used by lease brokers and right-of-way-agents to help automate data collection on large land acquisition projects. Title Tracts are defined in the FDC and any existing leases or rights of way are associated with such tracts. FDC then tracks the progress of leasing or right of way acquisition. A variety of status reports may be printed directly from FDC. Title and acquisition status captured by FDC in the field, can be uploaded into the LandWorks Property Management system (LPM). This eliminates redundant data entry into LPM and allows integration with GIS and mapping functions.
